The Michigan Podcast Productions Show Launch Process

Here’s how we help your organization launch a podcast:

 

1. We identify the target audience.

2. We develop a show concept.

3. We determine your hardware needs.

4. We develop a recording process.

We develop a recording process, complete with the necessary support staff, to make it as smooth and easy as possible for you. We also coach your host and help them write the necessary scripts so they’re completely comfortable by the time we hit the record button.

 

5. We record, edit, and produce your podcast.

Once we finish recording, we’ll disappear into an editing studio, perform our magic, and reappear with a fully produced show. We then refine it with your feedback.

 

6. We submit the podcast to directories.

7. We develop a launch strategy.

We evaluate your organization’s current assets — including your email list, social media presence, foot traffic, mobile app, and traditional marketing campaigns — and develop a podcast launch strategy that capitalizes on all of these elements.

 

8. We review the metrics together.

Once we’ve launched, we review your podcast analytics together. We help you break down the show’s performance so you have a complete understanding of how your podcast is resonating with your target audience.
