In addition to the main presentation for your Community Workshop, you will want to record a few short videos, including a ‘Welcome’ video to play when people first enter your event and a ‘Farewell’ video to conclude your event. You may also want to create a short promotional video to share on social media or embed on your landing page.
Good news! We can help you create all of those without needing to leave your computer. All you need to do is schedule a time for a quick remote video shoot.
We’ll be there to walk you through what you you need to say, but if you want to prepare in advance, here is what you should include in the ‘Welcome’ video:
- Introduce yourself
- Thank everyone for attending
- Thank your sponsors
- Tell them that they can join any table by double-clicking on it
- Tell them they can switch tables at any time
Here’s what you can include in the ‘Farewell’ video:
- Remind people who you are
- Thank them for attending
- Direct them to a call to action
We’ll add your name, logo, and a frame to your videos to make them look fantastic for your guests. If you have any questions, feel free to ask us during the recording session.
